We are looking for a Locum Neurology for our client in Medford, OR. Please see the details below and let me know if you are interested.

Details:

• Working at the Neurology AMB Clinic Medford & Grants Pass clinics – 1 day in Grants Pass 3 days in Medford. Additionally, some call will be taken at Providence Medical Center.
• Reason for need is for Patient access
• Starting ASAP – Ongoing as they are looking for a FT Provider.
• Board Certified in Neurology
• Both Inpatient and Outpatient Duties
• 4 days per week 8-5
• Call will run 1 week out of every 5 weeks from 7am Monday – 7am Monday – the locum has to be able to always cover the call week when it is their turn. There is ability to switch call dates with another provider if needed.
• 16-18 Patients/Day
• EPIC EMR
• No Stroke department but this doctor should be able to handle stroke patients (OHSU handles stroke in ER-Telestroke)
• number of admissions per shift is 0
• Average number of rounds per shift is 1
• 65% are Medicaid and Medicare patients
• How long does privileging take? approx 3 months
• 2 other Neurologist on staff
• No procedures required
• 378 bed hospital which is a Level II Trauma Center

Lodging, Travel and Malpractice will be covered.

Pay is $1600/Day.
