Clinic Services: Contractor physician(s) shall provide comprehensive clinical NEUROLOGIST PHYSICIAN SERVICES, including but not limited to the following:
• Electroencephalography, both recording and interpretation
• EMGs
• Electromyography and nerve conduction velocity studies
• Lumbar puncture
• Intrathecal administration of medications
• Prescribe/order medications in accordance with our formulary system
• Prescribe/order food and nutrition products
• Provide Telemedicine cervices
• Complete C&P exams
• Botox Injections
• Trigger point injections
• Code Stroke Coverage
6 month assignment starting in June 17'.
All candidates need CV, 3 References, Copies of License and BLS/ACLS.
Assignment Specifications:
> Average patient encounter is 6-9 per day.
> M-F 8a-4:30p.
> No Call/Weekends.
> Adult patients only.
> Pharmacy, Lab, Primary Care on site.
> CPRS - Electronic Medical Records system.
> Must have current BLS or ACLS and DEA.
> Any state license will work.
> Board Certified/Eligible.
> Federal Holidays off.
> All lodging and travel expenses covered, as well as malpractice.
> We provide the credentialing specialist that REDUCES the time and effort on your part.
> Harris Medical offers an excellent referral program of $1,000.00 for any leads that go to work!
