Abrazo West Campus, located in the West Valley of metropolitan Phoenix, is seeking an experienced, Board Certified (NEURO), fellowship-trained Neurointerventionalist to aid in the expansion of our large multidisciplinary Neurosciences program in Tucson and Phoenix, and to develop a comprehensive Neurological strategy in our Phoenix market to integrate with our Tucson market, thus meeting community needs for neuroscience services. This candidate will provide clinical and strategic leadership for the development of neuroscience services with both administrative and clinical responsibilities. We seek an innovative physician to be an integral part of pioneering and developing a state of the art program.
Our West Campus is a level I Trauma Center, and our Central Campus is the 1st thrombectomy capable center and where we are building our main campus. The new physician will be based at West, but the Program and physicians will provide coverage to all of our Phoenix area hospitals. We will be integrating our multidisciplinary program in Tucson to expand that in Phoenix, and are currently in the process of updating the Neurological services at our Phoenix hospitals (redoing the Neuro floors and Neuro ICU). Our Tucson Program, which we are expanding to Phoenix, currently staffs 5 Neurosurgeons, 2 outpatient Neuros, 7 APPs, and are expanding to include Neurosurgeons, clinical Neuros, Neurohospitalists, and additional APPs
