DESCRIPTION:

· Clinic patients, hospital consults and EEG reads.

· Afterhours will consist of 'on call coverage' for continuous EEG reads for NICU and PICU patients, plus call consults coming from ED, hospital providers, switchboard operators.

· Clinic Monday-Friday 7:30-4:30

· Call is in-house & beeper

· EMR: EPIC

Specific shifts needed:

January 17 7 AM - January 24 7 AM (2022)

February 14 7 AM - February 21 7 AM (2022)

March 14 7 AM - March 21 7 AM (2022)

April 11 7 AM - April 18 7 AM (2022)

May 9 7 AM - May 16 7 AM (2022)

June 6 7 AM - June 13 7 AM (2022)

July 4 7 AM - July 11 7 AM (2022)

August 1 7 AM - August 8 7 AM (2022)

August 29 7 AM - September 5 7 AM (2022)

REQUIRED:

· MO state license; active, unrestricted

· DEA & BNDD

· Procedures required: Botox procedures 2-3 each week

· Board Certified
