Pain Management Physical Medicine and Rehab Physician (PMR) Hazlet, NJ

We are looking for a Pain Management Physician or Physical Medicine and Rehab Physician to join our medical group part time in Hazlet, NJ.

We are looking for a Physician to join our team in our multidisciplinary approach to acute and chronic pain management. We are seeking a compassionate, focused Physician who enjoys providing individualized and comprehensive patient care to join our group part time, 2-4 days per month.

We have a well-respected team of MD’s, Chiropractors, Physical therapists, acupuncturist, and support staff within our clinic.

Our Physiatry led practice is a team of like-minded physicians that work together to value and encourage the individual physician’s work/life balance as well as providing excellent and compassionate care to our patients. We understand pain from the inside out. We know pain has many facets that require an interdisciplinary, multi-modal approach. We understand that medical technology is invariably improving, and we stay at the cutting edge of pain-relieving treatments. This commitment to constant scientific discovery enables us to deliver state-of-the-art innovations to treat pain. The outcome for patients is the quickest access to the newest treatments and technology.

Duties:

  • Patient exam/evaluation (medical history, physical exam, review pertinent imaging/reports)
  • Order/review diagnostic imaging
  • Diagnosis and treatment plan formulation
  • Patient education
  • Management of patient care
  • Procedures and Treatments (NCV/EMG, Diagnostic Ultrasounds, Spinal Fluoroscopic guided injections, joint and spinal injections)
  • Collaboration with the multidisciplinary team for comprehensive patient care
  • Documentation-timely and accurate

Requirements:

  • MD or DO -BCBE in Pain Management, Anesthesiology, or PM&R
  • License to practice in NJ
  • Must be able to perform NCV/EMG, Diagnostic US and Spinal Fluoroscopic guided injections

Schedule:

  • Part time
  • 2-4 times a month (we are flexible on the day)

Compensation:

  • $3,000-$3,500 per day plus performance-based bonus structure
