OPPORTUNITY HIGHLIGHTS:
- Year 1: Annual base salary of $300k
- Year 2: The higher of the annual base or RBU based compensation plus annual performance incentives of up to 16% of base compensation
- $50,000 signing bonus
- Up to $15,000 relocation assistance
