An established and growing group is offering a tremendous Neuro-Critical Care Physician opportunity to take the service line to the next level. This is one of the few California markets that actually have a true need for your specialty. Here, you will NOT fight for market share!

• Group of 6 Intensivists including; Internal Medicine, Anesthesia, Emergency Medicine, Pulmonary and 2 UCNS-certified in Neurocritical Care have been serving the community for nearly 20 years with virtually no turnover
• Group runs a combined Med-Surgical Neuro Trauma CV ICU with an average of 8-12 Neuro ICU patients a day
• Only Level II or higher trauma center for 20% land mass and a population of 600,000!
• Role is determined by training and interest; EEG lab, cEEG, TCD;s, stroke call, Acute Neurology and Outpatient Neurology available
• We have an Interventional Neurologist trained at OHSU with 6 years’ experience and has just started endovascular therapy for acute stroke, pipeline stents and coiling for aneurysms and are poised to start caring for acute SAH patients in the coming weeks - we anticipate a second neuro-internationalist in 6-12 months
• Shifts are blocked 5 days on/5 days off
• 28-bed closed ICU – excellent leadership within the group to mentor new fellows

• Job Requirements: Physician with MD/DO degree – Board Certified or TRULY Board Eligible with valid medical license
