The OSU Wexner Medical Center Division of Nephrology is seeking to add a fellowship-trained transplant nephrologist as a faculty member to join 4 full-time transplant nephrologists to support its growing multi-organ transplant programs. The kidney and pancreas transplant programs are one of the largest in the country with over 200 kidney transplants yearly.

The Nephrology Division provides comprehensive care for a large CKD population and transplant patients. It also has an extensive consultative nephrology practice. Additionally, the Division is engaged in basic science, translational and clinical research, and is responsible for teaching medical students, house officers, and fellows. A variety of academic/career paths are available that can be tailored to a candidate’s area of interest.

Qualifications Include:
• Large Volume of transplants in a year; averaging 100 kidney transplants
• Three to Five years’ experience
• Fellowship Trained
• Qualify for academic appointment at the Assistant or Associate Professor level – Academic rank and salary will be commensurate with previous training and experience
