- Call of 1:3 or 1:4
- Average patients per day: 50 in hospital/15-20 in office
- Night calls taken by hospitalists that admit your patients
- 10 Nephrology Exam Rooms
- Base salary starting at: $200-250k plus productivity incentives
- Partnership after 3 years
