Overview:
Ansible Government Solutions, LLC (Ansible) is currently seeking a Physician (Nephrologist) to support operations at the Phoenix Indian Medical Center located at 4212 N 16th St, Phoenix, AZ 85016.
The Phoenix Indian Medical Center inpatient facility has a requirement for periodic Nephrology consults. On average there are 1-2 consults needed per week, with each consult lasting approximately two hours. Providers must be available to report for duty within 12 hours of receiving the call to provide a consult.

Responsibilities:

  • The available Nephrology provider will evaluate the inpatient.
    • The evaluation will include a complete review of the medical record, including lab and microbiology results, radiology results, scanned medical records, and other pertinent paper or electronic documents.
    • The evaluation will also include a personal, bedside evaluation to obtain a complete history directly from the patient.
  • The Nephrology provider will then write a complete consultation note in the Electronic Health Record.
  • The Nephrology provider will contact the attending/referring hospitalist to notify him/her that the evaluation has been completed and that the recommendations are included in the Electronic Health Record.
  • The Nephrology provider will respond to calls from the attending hospitalist regarding any questions/clarifications needed for the plan of care.

Qualifications:
  • Board Certification in Nephrology
  • BLS Certification
  • Active License to practice medicine in USA
