**Position Details**

- Growing practice
- Multi-Specialty group
- 72 doctors in the group, 38 mid level providers
- Call 1:3
**Compensation**
- Base salary of 250k - Upward for experience
- Production on year 3 & up from there
- Earn up to 500k - Bonus formula
- Sign-on Bonus: 10k-20k
- Relocation bonus: 10k
- Partnership available at year 2 if desired.
