COMPANY PROFILE:
This multi-site nephrology practice has been serving patients in Yuma and the surrounding area since 2011. They currently operate 4 offices with 4 physicians, 4 nurse practitioners, and a staff of nearly 50 support team members. They provide kidney and dialysis care, treating conditions such as acute kidney failure, hypertension, and chronic kidney disease. They have an in-house laboratory, ultrasound, x-ray, MRI, and more. They are currently hiring due to growth.

POSITION DESCRIPTION:
The new physician will rotate between the 4 clinics, all located in or immediately around Yuma (the drive between offices is 20 minutes or less).

The average number of patients per day varies by clinic. The volume is always kept at a manageable level to ensure proper patient care and the practice is happy to collaborate with the physician to determine appropriate visit lengths and daily volume.

Physicians work with dedicated medical assistants who room and prep patient visits, as well as assist as needed during the visits.

All work is within the area of general nephrology in an outpatient environment. The offices have extensive equipment available in-house to ensure hospital-level care in an outpatient setting.

The practice utilizes a proprietary EHR system.

There will be limited on-call duties. The exact rotation is flexible and on-call is low volume.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Arizona medical license
- DEA
- Board Certified or Eligible, Nephrology
