Established in 1992, we have grown significantly and continue to provide top quality care to the communities we serve. We also have an excellent medical and clerical support staff and a top EHR system in place.

We are looking for a nephrologist interested in building a practice in our Palm Desert office. Our partners in this area have established a strong referral base and busy practice. Each physician provides varying area coverage to reduce drive time and includes 1-2 dialysis centers, our PD clinic, 2-3 office locations and one or two hospitals during the week. Call is divided equally among the physicians.

The ideal candidate will be energetic, personable and be willing to work hard to build a practice. Spanish speaking candidates are a plus but not a requirement. Additionally, someone interested in or trained in interventional nephrology would be considered. Candidates must be BC/BE in nephrology, licensed in California and be able to provide excellent references. We offer a two year salary guarantee with productivity bonus, excellent benefits and a two-year track to partnership. Partnership includes shared ESRD and medical directorship revenue and investment opportunities.
