Costal Virginia practice seeks full-time graduating nephrology fellow to start within the coming year. Call is 1:4 for the incoming associate with a 3 year, no buy-in partnership. Compensation includes competitive base salary, paid vacation time, malpractice, CME with stipend, life insurance, mileage and cell phone. The practice will pay 100% of medical and dental benefits for physicians and their families! Applicants must be BC/BE IM/Nephrology and H-1B visa candidates may be considered.

This thriving coastal community is minutes away from Virginia Beach, Norfolk and a short drive to Richmond. It is an ideal place to raise a family and allows for easy access to major cities along the eastern seaboard. Physicians may live in Chesapeake, Virginia Beach, Norfolk, Harborview, Suffolk, Great Bridge and commute very easily. The practice covers only one hospital and all admits are handled by the hospitalist service. This group is poised for growth and is seeking a young, hardworking clinical nephrologist in preparation of the eventual retirement of a senior partner. Candidates with friend and family ties to Virginia are strongly preferred as are those who are committed to making Virginia a long term home.
