We are a three-physician practice located in the mid-sized city of Yuma, AZ. A little known paradise located half-way between Phoenix and San Diego. Our team of physicians and staff offer a great work environment that includes minimal driving, work-life balance and a good call schedule. We cover one hospital and three dialysis centers. The hospital is within walking distance and two of three dialysis centers are a 5 minute drive from the office. The new nephrologist would benefit from an immediate practice, generous starting salary and fast-track to partnership.

Additionally, you can find affordable housing, numerous festivals and cultural events to keep you and your family busy, as well as great restaurants, parks, golf courses and a plethora of other outdoor activities. It is a short drive to Phoenix and San Diego so you can take advantage of the good call schedule and enjoy an easy weekend get-away.

We are seeking physician candidates interested in making a long-term commitment to the practice and community. Candidates must be kind, ethical, have excellent communication skills, and practice with integrity. Additionally, we require they are BC/BE in nephrology, ability to speak fluent Spanish (not a requirement but appreciated). We offer a lucrative salary guarantee of $250k with a fast-track to partnership and no buy-in. We also have excellent medical, vacation (5 weeks) and other benefits.
