BC/BE Neonatologist to join a Team in Northern Idaho
  • Full time permanent position need
  • 14 bed Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit
  • 1900 deliveries each year and averages 400 NICU admissions.
  • Currently the NICU cares for inborn and outborn non-surgical infants ≥28wks/1000g
  • Join Neonatologist, NNP and a team of experienced NICU nurses, designated RTs, Nutritionists, Pharmacists and Developmental Therapists.
  • Expertise required in procedural skills, including delivery room resuscitation; and to be committed to building a culture of respect, safety and learning in the department. Expectations include supervision of NNP, participation in daily rounds, perinatal and newborn consults, procedures expected in the NICU, and Family Practice Resident education. Opportunities exist for additional shifts, assisting in program development, staff and outreach education, and on-going service line growth.
