Optimum is working with a client south of Tampa, Florida, who is seeking a Neonatologist to join their team. If you do not currently have a FL license but are interested, please contact us and we can facilitate this process for you.
About the Opportunity:
- Oversee 2 hospitals, 30-minutes apart
- 7 on/7 off schedule - round during the day, call at night during "on" stretch
- 17-18 patients at a larger hospital, 2-3 babies at a smaller hospital
- 90% clinical & 10% admin
- Salary starting at $280k + director stipend
- Malpractice w/ tail, full benefits
