Merritt Hawkins seeks a dynamic leader to serve as a Medical Director of a Medical Home clinic in Dallas/Fort Worth.
Interested candidates should possess:
- Demonstrated leadership experience
- If no leadership experience, graduate education in Healthcare Administration or Business Administration
- A passion for continuous development
- A proactive approach to patient safety, quality care, and outcome-based healthcare
- Outpatient clinical practice with protected administrative time and no patient call
- Oversee the medical home operation and supervise multiple physicians and advanced providers
- Centrally located suburban location in Dallas/Fort Worth
