Medical Director needed in Millville, NJ! Great leadership opportunity!
The Medical Director will provide approx. 28 hours a week providing direct care (Med Evaluations and Med Checks in Outpatient) and no scheduled direct care hours in their other programs. The group already has contract psychiatrists providing those hours as needed. Our Medical Director serves as the Collaborating Physician and Supervisor for our Advanced Practice Nurses. Full time with full benefits. Must be licensed in NJ and Board Certified.

GENERAL DUTIES:
- Maintain an active case load
- Set acceptable standards of medical practice and manage and provide support to medical staff to meet that expectation
- Provide medical direction to all programs
- Provide supervision and collaboration for APN’s
- Manage medical staff
- Manage medical staff case loads
- Facilitate medical staff meetings and trainings
- Participate on the Risk Management Team
- Inform Executive Director and Clinical Director of possible issues that may impact services, revenue, or increase risk and liability
- Perform all other duties as assigned
