A northern California clinic has need for a primary care physician to become the medical director. Your responsibilities will be 85 percent clinical and 15 percent in the director role. Your work schedule is Monday through Friday in an outpatient practice that utilizes hospitalists for admissions and rounding, so there will be no call. You will step into a successful career with a perfect blend of lifestyle and medicine.

You will be employed by a hospital network. The initial salary is will be $285,000 plus a $15,000 signing bonus. You will also be offered a 401K with matching, malpractice insurance, medical benefits, relocation assistance, CME with stipend, vacation time, and the site qualifies for federal and state student loan repayment. P> This is a beautiful resort area that is close to both wine country and the Pacific coastline. It is also an easy drive to San Francisco for those big city weekend getaways. It is also 45 minutes to Yosemite National Park. You will enjoy a four-season climate for outdoor activities such a skiing, camping, hiking, white water rafting, golfing, and more.
