Lifestance is looking for an ambitious, committed Regional Clinical Director who is passionate about playing a critical role in a company poised to innovate the healthcare services sector and reach stratospheric levels of growth and success. You will be part of a team of professionals working to provide access to behavioral healthcare as it should be.
· Provide ongoing supervision, training, and communication with Site Directors and clinicians· Manage communication with patients who express concerns about care and work in conjunction with the other clinical and operational leaders to investigate and resolve patient complaints· Ensure the implementation of regulatory standards and protocols as well as compliance with all standards· Develop and maintain processes for gathering and reporting of key performance metrics and data through the use of the site data documents · Work in conjunction with the Associate Regional Clinical Director to support the Site Directors with the oversight and quality assurance of clinician documentation· Work closely with other clinical and operational leadership to ensure smooth operations, customer services, workflows, and communication· Maintain a clinical caseload · Oversee and assure successful onboarding process for new clinicians, including assisting with interviewing · Provides clinicians, Site Directors, and locations with focused, constructive consultation based on objective information and observation. Accurately assesses and evaluates the service and care provided. · Identifies opportunities for improvement and makes sound recommendations based on state regulations, quality metrics and company policies and procedures. Collaborates with facility leadership to develop plans for improvement· Develop and maintain clinical strategic plans, policies, and procedures as needed along with a communication and rollout plan to implement· Participate and lead management and operations meetings as determined· Maintain SD position for a clinical outpatient site· Assist with promoting overall mission of providing highest quality treatment and practice environment for patients and clinicians while promoting diversity and equality for all· Other tasks as assigned by Executive Director· Maintains excellent relationship with Executive Director and Clinical staff· Assesses and projects staffing needs
Preferred Skills and Experience:
· Master’s degree or higher in psychology, social work, or related field · 7+ years of relevant clinical work and leadership experience· Ability to lead, supervise and collaborate· Ability to work independently and as a team member· Strong organizational and follow through skills and attention to detail· Extremely strong clinical skills and knowledge of licensure requirements, rules and regulations, standards of care, and risk management strategies· Experience using clinical computer systems required.
