Facility is seeking a Neurology Medical Director to join our Neurology team in beautiful Medford, Oregon. Candidates must be BC in Neurology. This position is 90% clinical and 10% administrative. Our General Neurology team consists of 3 Neurologists and 2 Advanced Practice Providers. The practice is mainly outpatient, with a small amount of inpatient work. The Neurology Director will have responsibility for oversight of two Neurology clinics.

? Year one: Annual base salary of $300, 000
? Year two: The higher of the annual base salary or $/wRVU based salary plus annual performance incentives of up to 16% of base compensation
? Year three: $/wRVU based salary plus incentives up to 16%
? Medical Director compensation of $31, 200 per year
? $50, 000 signing bonus
? Up to $15, 000 relocation assistance
? $5, 000 annual CME allowance
? 240 hours (30 days) of authorized time off per year

Competitive base compensation Quality Bonus Incentive available of 16% of base, Sign-on bonus, Retention bonus, relocation, paid time off: 6 weeks per year (vacation, sick leave, holiday and required CME). Health, dental, vision & retirement benefits. $7, 000 CME Allowance. The hospital is a part of a not-for-profit healthcare system that consists of two hospitals. It services an area of over 100, 000. They have about 34, 500 annual ER visits, 7, 300 annual inpt admissions, and 800 annual deliveries. They have 12 ICU beds and 6 OR suites, outpatient surgery center, 8 LDRP suites, cancer center, diagnostic cath lab, hospitalist program, vascular lab, CT, MRI, Ultrasound, and bariatric program. They have an affiliation with OHSU and have about 8 students annually.
