An exciting urgent care medical director opportunity is now available with a hospital in Massachusetts. This is an excellent opportunity to apply and further develop clinical leadership skills within 2 busy urgent care centers and a new outpatient medical center. This position will have devoted leadership time and will be focused on providing urgent care clinical duties at the facilities. There are also academic duties available. You will enjoy an excellent support staff and all state-of-the-art equipment. They welcome board certified and Massachusetts licensed physicians.
This hospital-employed is offering a base salary plus incentives/bonuses and an additional stipend. You will be offered a sign-on bonus, malpractice insurance, medical/dental/vision benefits, 4 weeks of PTO, 10 holidays, 1 week of CME and $3K, and a retirement plan. There is also student loan repayment through a nonprofit program.
