Chief Medical Officer wanted for Southern California FQHC, Live the Los Angeles life style in the nation's largest Metro area, Scenic Mountains, Short drive to the Blue Pacific Shore, Hollywood, World Class entertainment, famous theme parks, enjoy So Cal’s food scene featuring the California Cuisine, shopping and literally of hundreds of indoor and outdoor activities. Year round great weather, family oriented suburbs, just east of Los Angeles.
Chief Medical Officer to join So Cal Community Health System, with multiple Clinics throughout Southern California. Candidates will provide oversight and medical expertise in implementing the Medical Management Program. Promote the organizational goals and objectives, assures that quality health care services are delivered. 40% to 50% Clinic vs Administration
Must be experienced in implementing new clinic operating processes and systems aimed at improving efficiency, knowledge of and experience with EHR and/or a related automated systems is a plus, Duties. Responsibilities include: Recruits, hires, trains, counsels, and evaluates both technical and professional staff involved in the delivery of clinical services who perform the Quality Management (QM) and Utilization. Minimum 3.5 years’ experience in a clinical and leadership position in a community based clinic environment with multiple sites. Must be BC/BE in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
Salary is Negotiable based on Experience. Covered is Malpractice Insurance, all overhead, marketing, equipment and office staff, Comprehensive Benefit Package includes: Medical, Dental, Vison, plus dependents options, Plus Life insurance, 403b with 3% Matching, 3 weeks Paid Vacation, 8 Sick days, 9 Holidays and a week of CME.
