Chief Medical Officer to join So Cal Community Health System, with multiple Clinics throughout Southern California. Candidates will provide oversight and medical expertise in implementing the Medical Management Program. Promote the organizational goals and objectives, assures that quality health care services are delivered. 40% to 50% Clinic vs Administration

Must be experienced in implementing new clinic operating processes and systems aimed at improving efficiency, knowledge of and experience with EHR and/or a related automated systems is a plus, Duties. Responsibilities include: Recruits, hires, trains, counsels, and evaluates both technical and professional staff involved in the delivery of clinical services who perform the Quality Management (QM) and Utilization. Minimum 3.5 years’ experience in a clinical and leadership position in a community based clinic environment with multiple sites. Must be BC/BE in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.

Salary is Negotiable based on Experience.
