CompHealth is currently assisting an Oregon-based hospital with their search for an urgent care medical director due to growth. This is an outpatient position with no call responsibilities. Provide support to 2 physicians and 1 APP. There will be an MA assigned to each physician, and there is lab and imaging on-site. As a valued member of the team, you will work directly with advance practice practitioners to effectively lead the delivery of care in 3 urgent care clinics. They welcome candidates that are board certified and board eligible.

This hospital-employed position offers an annual salary plus quality and production bonus and a stipend for managing PAs. You will also be offered a sign-on bonus, 1 week of CME and $5K, paid medical and dental benefits for you and 3 dependents, a retirement plan, relocation assistance, and malpractice with tail included.
