CompHealth is currently assisting an Alabama hospital with their search for a critical care medicine physician to become the department director. This critical care plan has been under development for several years and has reached a point in growth where a director is needed. Your schedule will a 50/50 split between clinical and administrative duties. They welcome candidates that are board certified or board eligible. CompHealth has a licensing team that can help you with the processing and application of an AL medical license, if necessary.

This hospital-employed opportunity has a generous compensation package plus bonuses. You will also be offered medical benefits, life insurance/disability, vacation, relocation assistance, a sign-on bonus, CME time, a retirement plan, and malpractice insurance.
