An obstetrics and gynecology physician is needed in a director's role at a hospital in Pennsylvania. The community has growing demand, so the facility is accepting new candidates who are board certified. You will work closely with 2 OB/GYNs, nurse midwives, NPs, and PAs. You will do 25% administrative and 75% clinical work. Candidates must have 3 to 5 years of proven leadership experience, preferably in an integrated health care organization.

You will receive a competitive compensation and potential director stipend, health/dental/vision benefits, 4 weeks of vacation and 6 paid holidays. You will also be provided with relocation assistance, a sign-on, life insurance, 15 days of CME and $3,500 stipend, 401(k)/403b/457b retirement plans, and occurrence malpractice insurance.
