Tele-Medicine Medical Director in Florida
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: Flexible Tele-medicine Schedule Pay Rate: $200000.00 - 250000.00

Merritt Hawkins is seeking an innovative physician leader in developing and leading a Virtual Primary Care Team, overseeing all care delivered to our patients in Broward or Dade County, one of our first Virtual Primary Care markets. You'll be responsible for leading a multidisciplinary care team including APPs and MAs delivering world-class primary care using a unique and innovative care model. With this team, you will manage a panel of patients virtually while providing in-person care from time to time.
  • Provide clinical leadership in shaping the overall care delivery in Florida
  • Be the escalation point for the care delivery team
  • Serve as a liaison working closely with leadership to manage clinical partnerships in the Florida markets
  • Provide continuous improvement and development of clinical guidelines, workflows, and the care model
  • Maintain a flexible patient schedule
  • Up to a $250,000 base salary plus up to a 20% annual bonus

Required Qualifications
5+ years of medical experience (including residency)
MD or DO
Computer proficiency

Preferred Qualifications
Experience as a medical director, leading a team of care providers
Ideally possing Spanish language fluency
Strong leadership and communication skills
EHR Tool experience
