Not-for-Profit, Two Hospital System in Southeastern Ohio is seeking an experienced Physician Leader to be the Executive Director of Surgical Services
* Physician executive role in a 300 member medical group, with direct oversight of over 60 surgeons and APPs
* Executive Director will provide the vision, leadership, organization, and direction for the continued development of the leading surgical sub-specialty network in the region
* Executive Director will lead strategy, quality, patient experience, and business development
* Mix of administrative and clinical duties

* Requirements: Minimum 3 years of leadership experience, BE/BC in Surgical Specialty
