Job Details:

• BC/BE Family Medicine
• Provide patient care, and supervise advanced practice clinicians
• M-F, 8 AM-5 PM, No call, the mid-levels take call
• 8-16 patients per day, expected to manage own patient panel
• Wellness center available to refer patients to
• 1 RN takes care of 3 Physicians and each Physician gets a medical assistant
• Physicians can have scribes and care coordinators as back up
• Must have DEA to prescribe because a huge patient base is for drug and alcohol addiction
• Competitive salary for FQHC facility, 20k sign-on bonus, 5k relocation, and loan repayment, Continuing education PTO- 5 days per calendar year (pro-rated for FTE), PTO including recognized holidays and annually accrued based on years of service (prorated to FTE), Continuing education stipend- $2,500 annually, paid quarterly (pro-rated for FTE), CA license, DEA, and Board (re)Certification 100% reimbursed
