A senior medical director opportunity is now available in California. They are looking for a mission driven physician who is passionate about working with the underserved. This is a leadership role in a primary care health center with a multicultural, multilingual patient population. This position will required oversight of clinical support staff that includes mid-levels, medical assistants, and nursing staff. The work schedule is Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm, and one Saturday per month. This can be flexible and you can work four, 10-hour shifts.

This position offers a competitive compensation package with RVU, a sign-on bonus, and a retention bonus. You will also receive malpractice insurance, comprehensive benefits, pet insurance, vacation/PTO, CME time and reimbursement, a retirement plan, loan repayment, and relocation assistance.
