Medical Director for Family Practice at CHC, AZ * Job-2849 * Join a financially stable, growing community health center * Replace a departing Med. Dir. who is leaving due to family care needs * CHC has multiple locations throughout the surrounding Phoenix areas and the Med. Dir office can be established with location closest to their home. * Med. Dir will manage 30 Providers within CHC, 15 at the main location are supported by a FM Chair at that site. * Centers are open Monday thru Friday, Saturday until noon * Work 40 hour week - no call - Mon - Fri 8 - 5 * Current Med.
