Well established community based Primary Care department is seeking a highly qualified physician to lead the primary care team with over 50 providers.

- Report directly to the CMO
- 80% leadership 20% patient care (flexible).
- Flexibility for clinical work to match physician background.
- Candidates with advanced leadership degrees or emerging leaders are highly desired

- Board Certified in Family Practice or Internal Medicine.
- 5 years primary care experience.
- Minimum of 2 years leadership experience is preferred.
- Will consider other specialties with recent primary care leadership experience.
- Masters in Healthcare or Business Administration or Public Health preferred.
