Key metrics for success:

- Develop and drive the organization’s clinical vision and strategy in coordination with senior members of team – and ensuring alignment with organization's vision and objectives.

- Responsible for delivering on initiatives relating to optimizing scope of services, medical risk management, clinical quality, patient satisfaction and provider engagement.

- Develop and lead a high performing, scaled provider organization spanning throughout the NYC metropolitan area.

- Introduce innovative new services across the platform, be an effective change agent, be able to gain follower-ship from the provider organization and work with payer partners to address their members’ needs.

- The CMO will represent the business with the executive council and collaborate with physician leaders on strategic initiatives.

The ideal candidate should have:

• Minimum 15 years of medical leadership experience for a well-regarded healthcare services company.
• Must be a licensed Physician, Board Certification in Family or Emergency Medicine preferred but flexible.
• Multi-site operations experience is required.
• Experience building high performing teams and leading organizational change efforts.
• Proven track record of successfully leading strategic initiatives and achieving results.
