A medical director opportunity is now available at a beautiful new facility in Massachusetts. This is a full-time position with direct patient care of at least 16 hours per week. Candidates must be flexible with work hour changes as it may require some evening work as needed to perform the duties of the position. You will oversee a clinical staff of 20 and work collaboratively with the associate director for clinic operations. Candidates must have experience in an outpatient health clinic setting. Experience in a community health center setting working with underserved populations are preferred.

This employed opportunity is offering an annual salary that will be based on experience and there is a potential for productivity bonus. You will be offered medical benefits, vacation/PTO, relocation assistance, a sign-on bonus, CME time, a retirement plan, and malpractice coverage.
