Job Description

Our client is seeking a Hospitalist Medical Director to join their outpatient practice in Ashland, Oregon. As a member of an elite healthcare group this outpatient practice holds itself to the highest of standards, which is part of the reason that all of their hospitals have received top ratings from CMS. Ashland, located at the nexus of Oregon’s wine country, is home to breathtaking natural beauty like Crater Lake, world class skiing, temperate weather, a famous Shakespeare festival, Southern Oregon University, family friendly museums, and an abundance of outdoor activities.

• Full-time, permanent position
• Flexible block schedule
• Serve as Medical director for the Hospitalist program
• Provide coverage of inpatient shifts

Qualifications

• Valid Oregon medical license
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine
• ACLS certification from the American Heart Association
• Must be eligible as a provider for Medicare, Medicaid, and other federal health programs
• Leadership experience as a Medical Director or another equivalent role
