Overview

The Clinical Director, Psychologist - Wellpath Consultant is responsible for designing, implementing, and monitoring clinical programs. The position has responsibility for the supervision of the treating psychologists and oversight of the psychology, and rehabilitation training programs. Oversees incentive program and behavior management plans.

Qualifications

Education

  • Doctoral degree from an accredited college or university in psychology

Experience

  • Three years of experience in a mental health setting.

Licenses/Certifications

  • Licensed as a Psychologist

Responsibilities

  1. Responsible for utilization and performance of the programs and treating psychologists including compliance with The Joint Commission (TJC) and CMS standards.
  2. Oversees the program’s department and works closely with the Programs Manager to ensure compliance with the policies and provision of therapeutic activities and psychological rehabilitation to persons served.
  3. Responsible for quality in the provision of psychotherapy, psychological assessments, behavioral plans, and programming
  4. Perform other duties as assigned.
