Our client is seeking a Medical Director to join their cutting-edge practice in San Francisco, California. Details:

  • Permanent, full-time position
  • Leadership duties are 50% administrative and 50% clinical
  • Work together with the Assistant Medical Director to ensure the high-quality practice of medicine across all sites through the management of lead clinicians and standardization of policies
  • Identify opportunities for expanding virtual care in coordination with the CMO
  • Jointly work with the CMO and CMIO to establish clinical alignment of the organizations
  • Work directly with executive team members to identify areas for clinician leadership
  • Collaborate with clinicians to utilize their expertise in creating curriculum around areas of practice and procedure
  • Supervise Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners

Qualifications

  • Valid California medical license
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Emergency Medicine
  • Active DEA license
  • Previous leadership experience required
