Job details:
- BC Otolaryngology
- Provide administrative leadership and direction for the program
- Supervise and precept residents in clinical settings
- Direct patient care
- Provide supervision and oversight for Residency support staff
- Recruit residents
- Develop, maintain and revise curriculum
- Provide development and improvement plans for Residents including coaching, remediation and disciplinary actions as needed
- Oversee and teach didactics curriculum to residents
- Ensure the Annual Program Evaluation with the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education WebAds are updated
- Requires a minimum of 1-3 years as an APD/Core Faculty experience tracing in an approved AoA or ACGME Otolaryngology Surgery Residency program
- Experience with publications and grant writing skills preferred but not required
