Seeking a Board Certified Occupational Medicine physician for Medical Director position near Lancing New York. Please refer to Job ID#46860
Job details:
Deliver weekly medical provider services in OHS clinic and designated work-sites, which may include:
- DOT Physicals
- Worker compensation evaluations and treatment
- Pre-placement exams
- Fit for duty exams
- Health surveillance evaluations
- Periodic exams
- Supervision of Advanced Practice Providers, NPs and PAs, for all clinical services
- Authorization of RN nursing protocols related to occupational health nursing procedures (AAOHN guidelines)
- Review and authorization of standard operating procedures for all OHS client contracts
- Participation in the development of OHS policies, procedures, and protocols
- Representation of OHS position on health and safety issues with medical staff as necessary
