Optimum has partnered with a client in their search for a Medical Director of Psychiatry to oversee their existing outpatient clinic and launch their brand-new Geriatric Inpatient unit near northeastern Arizona. They are seeking someone who is dedicated to help build and grow their program. If you do not currently have an AZ license but are interested, please contact us and we can facilitate this process for you.
About the Opportunity:
- Schedule: Monday-Friday with call requirements
- Competitive salary with quality incentives and sign-on bonus
- $25k director stipend
- Full benefits, including malpractice coverage with tail
- $100k in loan assistance and PTO offered
- Relocation package & CME allowance
- ABPN – prior leadership experience needed
