Be Compensated on Quality and value versus productivity.

Mix of Clinical and Executive Administrative duties: 80/20

100+ Structural Heart cases a year

450+ Cardiac Surgeries a year

Seeking: Echocardiologist with progressive management experience including Directing an Echocardiography Lab

Results oriented with the ability to create and implement efficiencies along with strong clinical skills

Strong in Operations Management, a hands-on leader with a passion for quality and the ability to inspire - committed to value driven leadership

Solid track record of accomplishment in administrative and clinical endeavors

Ability to be diplomatic, influential and a credible voice to a broad audience
