Hospitalist Medical Director Physician in Mississippi
StartDate: ASAP
Hospitalist Medical Director Opportunity:
- Oversee an established team with 22 hospitalists on staff along with strong midlevel support
- Dedicated 40 hours per month of Medical Directorship with a $100,000 stipend
- This hospital is a Level II trauma center
- Average of 15 to 20 inpatients per provider, 1 to 2 admits
- Open ICU with Intensivists staffed 24/7; no procedures required
- State-of-the-art hospital with 30 outpatient primary care clinics
- 7 on/7 off schedule
- Flexibility with start date; candidate must be internal medicine trained
- $20,000 quality bonus dispersed quarterly
- Relocation assistance offered up to $7,500
- The hospital offers a $25,000 sign-on bonus and $40,000 retention bonus
- 1 additional week of PTO on top of 7 on / 7 off schedule
