Sound Physicians, has several leadership opportunities in Advisory Services.
The Medical Director of Advisory services is a high-visability leadership role that provides direct advisory support and to help drive utilization management and clinical documention improvement for our hospital partner. You will serve as a liason between providers, case management, revenue cycle, compliance and the providers. In addition to traditional advisory services work, you will be responsible for ongoing clinical documenation education and process improvement recommendations to providers. Driving improved outcomes and reducing unnecessary secondary reviews over time.
The Medical Director of Advisory onsite leads utilization management committee for the hospital collaborating with other departments and leading utilization management initiatives such as Length of stay reduction and create reports to help providers understand where they rank compared to their peers.
Our Medical Director's enjoy a Monday through Friday schedule, compensation which includes relocation, commencemen, 401k, CME days and CME allotment, full benefits and PTO.
