Director of Rehabilitation (DOR) Responsibilities and Facility Details


  • Hospital based outpatient with inpatient and swing-bed patients as well
  • DOR will manage 7 full-time PTs, 2 PTAs, 3 OTs, and 1 SLP
  • 20% - 35% of DOR responsibility will be direct patient care


Director of Rehabilitation (DOR) Qualifications and Skills


  • Director of Rehabilitation (DOR) 10 years of clinical experience as a PT as well as 5 years of experience in administrative or director/manager role
  • Experience in critical access hospitals or mixed setting hospitals is a large plus
  • Desire to still maintain a clinical approach and treat patients plus manage a team is required
