One of our best clients is currently seeking new a Sr. Medical Director to serve as the primary liaison between administration and medical staff. This person will assure the ongoing development and implementation of policies and procedures that guide and support the provision of medical staff services.

Required Qualifications
- Doctorate Degree in Medicine
- Current State Medical License without restrictions
- Board Certified or eligible in a primary care specialty
- 10+ years' relevant experience, including 5+ years' clinical practice, 2+ years' HMO/managed care operations experience
- Previous supervisory experience, evidence-based clinical criteria competency
- Peer review, medical policy/procedure development, and provider contracting experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's in Business Administration, Public Health, Healthcare Administration
- 10+ years' experience in a management role leading clinicians
