Occupational Medicine Physician Medical Director in Wisconsin
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: Monday-Friday Pay Rate: $230000.00 - 320000.00

Join an established Occupational Medicine program that is seeking a new Medical Director due to a recent departure. The practice includes patient care, mid-level management, and other minor administrative tasks. 

Job Specifics:

  • Responsibilities include pre-employment, workers compensation, and DOT physicals along with treatment of work-related injuries, independent medical exams, workplace evaluations, employee health, and travel medicine
  • Existing program has 15 Advanced Practice Providers that work out of 7 locations in the Milwaukee suburban area
  • Current active client base exceeds 800 companies
  • Future development includes plans for additional Population Health Management Programs 
  • Care team includes board certified physicians, certified occupational health nurses, Advanced Practice Providers, RNs, occupational therapists, and wellness coaches
  • Excellent quality of life with no weekends or call
  • Annual salary that does not expire or drop to full production
