**MFM Job Opening in Phoenix, AZ**
Salary: 425K
**About the Opening:**
- Full-time, permanent
- Non-profit multi-specialty faculty practice group
- Medical group is affiliated academic partner for the Creighton University School of Medicine Academic Alliance with MIHS and Dignity/St. Josephs Medical Center as well as with the University of Arizona College of Medicine Phoenix and Mayo Clinic, Scottsdale. Faculty appointments to each medical school available commensurate with qualifications.
- Join 2 other MFMs - One physician has been there for 20+ years
- Work schedule: M-F
- Call schedule: 10 nights per month (mostly phone call very rare to come in at night). Work every 3rd weekend to do rounds.
- Clinic located in the hospital
- All benefits offered, including four weeks of PTO, one week of CME, 10 paid holidays, retirement plan and employer paid malpractice coverage.
- PTO: 4 weeks PTO plus 10 paid holidays, plus 1 week of CME. After 3 years you get an additional week of PTO
- The facility is part of a Level 1 Trauma and Burn Center, as well as 11 FQHCs located around metropolitan Phoenix. It is part of the Creighton University Arizona Health Education Alliance which sponsors numerous ACGME accredited residencies and fellowships, including internal medicine.

**Additional Information:**
- Candidates must have an M. D. or D.O. degree, valid Arizona medical license (or eligible to obtain), and be Board Certified or Board Eligible.
