Maternal Fetal Medicine Physician Locums Job in Arizona | Premium Rates | 24 Hour Call Coverage

Dates of Coverage: January 3 and ongoing

Details/Requirements for Assignment #82888:
--Active Arizona license required + Arizona DEA
--Board Certification required + BLS (AHA)
--Level 3 teaching hospital, will be reading ultrasounds & seeing consults for MFM practice + will need 2 weekends of call each month
--Seeking two physicians on a monthly basis (seeking up to 3 weeks/month of coverage)
--Need one provider to specifically handle the clinic/outpatient coverage + intermittent night / weekend call & need 2nd physician to be on 24-hour call coverage
--Outpatient clinic coverage is Monday through Friday from 8am–5pm + night weekend call coverage
--Call coverage start & end time is 7am – 7am
