Maternal Fetal Medicine physician needed to join 2 others in their 100% consultative practice in beautiful Southern Oregon. The practice provides comprehensive consultation services for all aspects of high-risk pregnancies. Candidates must be skilled in invasive prenatal diagnosis, ultrasound (both 3-D and 4-D) and managing complicated maternal and fetal medical conditions such as Gestational diabetes, genetic testing and other high-risk pregnancy concerns. The clinic is open M-F 8am – 5pm and consists of a dedicated support team, including an OB hospitalist team as well as CNMs and doulas. They have a level III NICU, which consists of 32 beds, and treats a wide spectrum of maternal and fetal problems. This high-risk team works closely with the neonatology team to provide a seamless transition from pregnancy to the NICU. They offer a generous compensation package, with a first year guaranteed base salary of $500,000 and year two performance incentive of up to 16% of base compensation. In addition, they provide $50,000 signing bonus, $15,000 relocation assistance, $7,000 CME allowance per year, 30 days of PTO, as well as excellent health, dental, vision, and retirement benefits. This Not-for-profit health system is able to process H1-B transfers for those in need.
